Ns200 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the ns200 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Effective: 1 January 2026. Applies to all ns200 users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ns200 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all provided services — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the ns200 platform immediately.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ns200 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the latest published version.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the ns200 platform. ns200 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend or close any account that does not meet this requirement.
Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account at ns200. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice and without any refund of remaining balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure and for not sharing it with any other party. ns200 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed. ns200 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ns200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of unauthorised bots or automated methods, or any other reason deemed appropriate by management. Balances in accounts closed due to a breach of Terms may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
User Responsibilities & Rules
As an ns200 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any system vulnerability
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities
- Disrupting or damaging the platform's technical infrastructure
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in legal action, account closure, and/or a report being filed with the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ns200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ns200 accepts a variety of local payment methods, including FPX, online bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. Foreign payment methods and currency conversion are not permitted unless explicitly stated.
All deposits are final once processed. ns200 does not guarantee deposits will be processed within a specific timeframe, as this depends on third parties such as banks and payment processors. Should any delays or technical issues arise, users are advised to contact ns200 customer support for assistance.
Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, identity verification, and wagering requirements (where applicable to bonuses). Withdrawal limits for VIP members may vary by membership tier. ns200 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or account verification purposes.
Any taxes or charges imposed by banks or payment processors are the sole responsibility of the user. ns200 does not bear any third-party fees incurred during the financial transaction process.
Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property

The ns200 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. ns200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering, service disruptions, or unauthorised access by third parties.
Ns200 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service disruptions. ns200 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance through appropriate channels.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ns200 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, graphics, text, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of ns200 and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from ns200.
Third-Party Links
The ns200 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for user convenience. ns200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Ns200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the current terms.
Your continued use of the ns200 platform after any amendments to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through legal proceedings under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. The official language for interpreting these Terms is Bahasa Melayu.
